All juice sales are final due to safety restrictions once the product has left our facility. If we make an error when fulfilling your order, or your shipment has been damaged in transit, please notify Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the package to initiate a claim. After 90 days from receipt, no returns or replacements will be provided under any circumstances. Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
In the event that a customer mistakenly provides an incorrect address for their order, we are happy to assist by reshipping the order once it is returned. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for covering the associated shipping costs.
